ORDERING
When you place your order for fresh sawn timber cladding it is sent straight through to our partner sawmill in northern France (mainly Normandy region) who cut your cladding to order. The mill cuts your order in the following week and we send a lorry in to collect on the Friday of that week. The lorry comes to us on the following Monday and we check it through before sending to despatch who organise collection or delivery, whichever you prefer. The order process takes 7 – 21 days from time of order.
