Our kiln dried machined profiles can be applied to any species and any profile you choose, and we can machine up to 220mm wide.
They can be used for flooring, cladding, decking, joinery, skirting & architrave and anything else you’d like to use them for!
Our Weinig six head moulders make light work of the most sophisticated profile patterns and achieves such an excellent planed finish that there’s often no need for sanding to finish.
We have a small library of the most widely used profiles and we are happy to have new or alternative profiles made on request or to match existing period profiles for restoration and renovation work.
Standard machined profiles available are:
Ogee, Torus, Pencil Round, Chamfer, Scotia, Quadrant, T&G, TG&V, Reeded for decking
But we can machine any species timber in any profile!
